H1b Rejected. Pending AOS, Have Ap and EAD Please advice

Hello

My wife H1B extension is rejected. She is pending AOS applicant as dependent. She is having AP and EAD. Can she work with same employeer ( H1B employeer) even through her H1B extension is rejected. Any out of status or Un authorized employment. Please advice.

any effect on my 485 Application.

Once some one files for AOS then it is one is in status after that.
To the best of my knowledge she can work on EAD with the same employer.

Don't worry about H1 rejection. EAD is always better than H1.
Infact i did not extend my H1 when it expired a couple of months back because i have EAD. I am working for the same company.
