I have been interviewed for H1B stamping in Mumbai but they refused to issue visa giving reason that my qualification and work experience is not matching. And collected all my LOC(original) and stamped as application received backside of my passport I am a SAP Functional Consultant having 4 years of experience. My employer got LOC approval as Programing Analyst. My question is, is it correct getting LOC as Programing Analyst for functional consultant or need to classify something else.
My employer told me that they will approach through Attorney to clarify the same and try to get H1B done. Is it possible.
What are the problem i will face for my future H1B through some other company.
I am really can't understand the situation. Can somebody give some opinion in this regard please.
