h1b referred to AAO

Mine is a new h1b petition filed under premium processing in June. Initially there was a query on the work place and client. Recently I received a message that this case was transferred to Administrative Appeals Office for review. My employer says that this is not a case of denied petition.

Has any one run into similar situation? How long does it take for AAO to process such cases?

Appreciate any response on this.

One of my friend got after 2 years. Denial Notice. It differs case to case. Check with your lawyer. Case does not go Directly to AOO. They would have contacted you lawyer or employer. All the papers should be perfect. Check on that.
