H1B RE-Validation Time Frame

Hi,

Iam in the US & Iam planning to send my H1B & my Wife's H4 Visa for re-validation as both are expiring in Oct -03.As of now whats the approx time frame to get your Visas stamped once you send them ?

I would appreciate some recent experiences
