Hi Everyone,
I read alot on this forum and everyone has given a lot of great input on situations similar to mine. I have an arrest in 2004 for disorderly conducts (city ordinance voilation), it has a domestic component to it, since it happened with my ex-gf, and one of her guy friends. I am hoping this wont be an issue for my visa re-stamp, other than the delay it can cause. Am I correct to assume that?
My other question is, what do people generally mean by all court documents?
What I have with me are court disposition (1 page document) and the police record (6 page of statements). I prefer not to bring up the police record because it has so many crazy details like her friend saying "he said he was going to shoot me"
Please advice what documents I need to carry.
Thank you in advance for your help
