I am on F-1 Practical training at this time and am planning on applying for H1B. I have been thinking about this, whether this is the right time to apply for H1B or wait till October.
I read on the web that the new quota starts October 1st every year and the next years quota(65,000) is far less than this years (195,000).
My doubt is if there will be enough for me to get in this year, in which case I will just go for premium processing, or I should just try to fall into the next year quota, as I would fall in the first half I should not worry too much !!!
