Do you guys think or know if there's a chance of the 6200 VISAs reserved for Peru and some other S.American country being freed up for the 2006 H1B quota.
If No, hard luck !!!
But if yes, what would be the procedure to apply for the VISA? What website/phone number should be consulted to make sure the VISAs are freed and when should the application be mailed?
Please do let me know. I am sure this question is looming on so many minds here and any reply you guys post would be helpful.
I asked my attorney the same question and she said it's difficult to predict and no one can be sure of this. But if in case this happens, I don't want to miss the train. So, please do post a reply.
