Hi,
If I am laid off (1/6/2002) this week up to when am I legally in status to stay in the US. Is there such thing as extreme hardship or special circumstances to allow me to stay in the US for the time being. Let\'s say my wife will give birth next week and she is no longer allowed to travel.
