H1B question

Hi everyone,
I am a recent grad(MS in Elec & Comp, Fall 2010) and I just got a job with my university. The following is the job description. Just wanted to know if its eligible for sponsorship


Minimum Requirements:
A high school diploma and four years of any combination of relevant experience, education and/or certification. The level of expertise and skill required to qualify for a position in this classification is generally attained through combinations of education and experience in the field. While such employees commonly have a bachelor's or higher degree, no particular academic degree is required.

Must have a valid Florida driver's license.




Preferred Qualifications:

Candidates should have intermediate to advanced computer skills with experience in Web site development and management.

BS/BA in Computer Science or engineering, and/or Web Design is preferred. Preferred candidates will have experience with Macromedia Dreamweaver and CSS. Preferred candidates will have demonstrated skill in Web design, coding, and template building.

The job requires a HS diploma and you have an MS in engineering no less. What are you thinking taking a job that is so far beneath your education! This job is unlikely to meet the requirements for H1B given the educational requirements. The university's international office can give you more information as to their past experience.
