Hi,
I am currently doing my Masters degree in USA.. I am would like to get my H1B in 2008 quota under Regular (65k) pool. I finished my course work required for masters and trying to get done with thesis next sem i.e. in summer 07. Last two semisters ,I got poor grades in Research class in successive semisters due to some differences with my Major proff. I am currently in India and I have sorted out my differences with my Major proff. Now my proff is saying that she would help me to get reinstated and get my degree in Summer 07.
My question is If I apply for my H1B under 65 K quota with my Bachelors degree, with all the required documents, will there be any problem in my H1B approval from USCIS? as I got poor grades in Masters research class? I found an employer who is willing to apply for my H1B. THE JOB NEEDS ONLY A BACHELORS DEGREE in my major field and I got suffiscient work experience in that area.
Do I need to include my I-20 from school and my Masters degree Transcripts? while applying for H1B under bachelors pool.
Please suggest me .
