H1b Processing

My h1 (transfer) was filed on April 23 in Premium process and I am still waiting for any response. The HR in my company has sent 5 RFE’s and called couple of times and still getting the same response: "it is under investigation"

How can I speed up the process? Any suggestions …….As I have to apply H4 for my wife who is waiting back home
