Hello
I am trying to change from company A to company B. Company B says that their lawyers have filed the H1 transfer case with USCIS using premium service.
As per premium service definition I should hear something back within 15 days from the receipt date. I am on the 12th day of the 15 days period but haven't heard any movement.
1. Is this normal? Generally i have heard that it takes about 7 days to find out some movement on the case.
2. Premium Program includes enhanced customer service/communications means, such as e-mail, faxpress, separate mailing address and or separate telephone numbers. Can anyone share these numbers/emails if they have them?
