I have H1B & I still want to continue working in USA. I have to get my canadian GC stamped before December so as it won't become invalid. I have some questions in this regard:
1. Will I be asked to surrender my H1b when I enter canada?
2. Will US authorities question me why am I entering US if I have canada GC?
3. I have valid canada visitor visa. In case (2) happens, can I lie that I was just visiting canada?
4. Will my H1B extention & GC application in USA be looked unfavourably since I have canadian GC?
5. If I travel by car just to get GC stamped, will I be forced to pay export fees?
6. Is there anything else I should do in canada besides getting my papaerwork stamped? .... if I need to apply for SIN, can I do it right when they endorse the paperwork or will I have to goto some major city for that?
