Description :
I applied H1B visa for my wife who is on h4 visa right now and her i-94 expires on aug 5th 2007. She received H1b petition receipt but there was query. She got a query on her I-94 has its expiring on aug 5th 2007, Query is to prove her status until October 01,2007.
Now I got my h1b transfer 4 months back and I got i-797 with i-94 extended until Mar 2010, Unfortunately I didn’t apply her i-94 while my h1b transfer but I recently applied on July 05, 2007.
The question is what documents do I need to answer this query?
Documents I got are (Please find in the attachments)
1) My i-797 with i-94 extension until mar,2010.
2) I got the Receipt for i-94 extension of my wife which I applied on july 5th.
3) My marriage certificate
4) My wife's H1B receipt.
Please let me know what documents are required to answer this query
