H1B petition approval AFTER I-485 approval

I applied for GC through and had our interview on March 29. We got approved. The officer stamped my passport for one year GC and told that we should be getting Green card in 6 weeks. Also on April 2, 2007 I received an e-mail that welcome notice is e-mailed and I-130 is approved. However, my emploer filed H1 petition for me on January. I notified my employer immediately after I recieved my approval stamp in passport. Today, I received an email from CRIS that the H1 petition my employer filed is also approved and it has same A number. It makes me wonder how this is possible? I am worried now, whether this will pose any problems? I am yet to receive Card Production e-mail and paper welcome notice. What are my options?

Your option is to patiently wait for the Green Card. Since your H1-B was in the process, they routinely approved it althoug since the I-485 has been approved around the same time, your newly approved H1-B is null and void.
