Hi there. I have been offered a position with a US company. Our plan is for me to enter with TN status and then switch to H1B. If I'm rejected with TN status (possibility due to degree mismatch - despite experience), the plan B is to apply for the H1B in April.
Do you foresee problems crossing the Canada-US borders with a pending H1B application? (I have friends in the US and often travel there.)
