I am doing H-1B transfer all by myself. I understand that the checks for all fees need to be issued by the employer or the attorney, the emploee cannot write the checks. I was wondering if I can go to my bank and buy Cashier's Checks without revealing my name, pretneding they are from the emploer. Will USCIS accept these Cashier's Checks and not investigate who really issued the checks?
