H1B paid less, Pls help!!!!

My H1B was filed with 65K mentioned in the LCA petition and my salary and in 2002 was 50K, In 2003 was paid 76K and in 2004 will be paid 50K, will this cause any issues for my H1B extension or for my I140/I485 approval. Am I out of status bcos of this?.


Pls answer this question as I really need to know and am worried for the same?
