Hi -
I am currently working for a Company A and I got a new job offer from Company B. I have to give 2 weeks notice to Company A. I have decided to work for the first week and take the second week off(vacation) from Company A. In the mean while I will be joining Company B from next week. So I will have a overlap of one week where I will be paid by both Company A & Company B. My H1 transfer is still pending. Hopefully I will get my H1 Transfered in the mean time.
Is this legal or does it have any consequences with my visa.
