I came to USA in 2001 in H4 Visa. I got H1B visa in Jan 2004. But didn't get any project. Later in Sept 2004, when my husband H1b was getting renewed , his company also renewed my H4 visa. And in Nov 2004 i got a project. i wanted to know if my H1B is still valid or not. If not valid can i apply again without coming under quota . i haven't gone out of usa since i got both H1b and renew H4 visa.
