I've read few threads but still not clear, pls help.
I want to move jobs with AC21, I have no EAD and its been over 180 days since RD, I-140 was approved in Dec'04. I have a year left on H1, do I have to get EAD to change jobs? There is no risk of emplyer revoking as we have good realtionship. Thanx.
