My H1B was approved from INS on Jan 14. Meanwhile my lawyer moved and still hasnt recieved the H1B as yet from INS, due to change of address.I have to go to India on a urgent matter , and was wondering if I leave the country and my lawyer then mails me my H1b to India, will I be in status when I reenter, any risks , issues etc?
