I am serving the 2yr home-country residence in my home country after completing the J1 fellowship in US. I have a job offer from a nonexempt private practice willing to sponsor for the H1B. But, I donot have an active full medical license in US currently. Would that be an issue at the time of the petition? Anyone has experience with a similar sitution?
