I am working on H1B Visa at a non-profit (cap-exempted) since 2002.
In 2004, I got an H1B Visa through a regular (for profit, cap applies) but never joined that company. The regular company cancelled my H1B Visa after few months since I didn't join them.
Now, I want to get a job in another regular (for profit) company, do I fall under the H1B Visa cap?
