H1b no job in Year 1999 for about 10 months...

F2A - H1b no job in Year 1999 for about 10 months...

I am on H1b. I was not on parole for about 10 months in 1999. I did not filled income tax for year 1999.

My wife is GC holder. She applied I-130 for me in year 2000. If I go for Consulate Process, Will it be an issue?
