Here is my situation.
The company-A sucessfully sponsored and applied my H1B visa in April 2006. The H1b is supposed to be valid from Oct/2006. However, for some reason, I did never use it until now. I am currently working in US with another type of wrok visa for another employer/company-B. Thus, it seems that my H1b has NEVER been activated since approved last year.
I plan to transfer my status to H1b in a few month. My question is
1. Am I allowed to transfer to H1b and work for company-B? Is there any trouble/issue since I never worked for company-A for single day and company-A is the sponsor for my H1b applicaiton?
2. If there is any issue, may I transfer and start to work for company-A sometime in this summer as h1b worker? IS there any issue for the time gap (almost 10months) between h1b valid date & actual starting date?
