hello,
I transferred my H1b when I took up a new job a year back. The H1b transfer had no problems.
Today - a year later, When looking at the I-129 copy I found that my Major field of study stated is incorrect. It is stated as "Information systems" while my degree is Industrial Engg & Mgmt with a specialization/concentration in Information systems.
Is this an issue? Is it too late ask my employer to Fix/Ammend this now?
Any risks or lenghty process?
The Major field of study in on a page called "H1b data collection & filing fee exemption form", this is like the 6 or 7th page in the I-129 document.
I plan to go ro India for getting my H1b revalidated in April this yr. Hence worried.
