Hello Sir,
I am in India and working with an Indian employer now. I had applied for a Canada study permit in Dec and after applying and taking medical exam I had to go for an extra medical test due to a Lung Scar and my sputum test was examined and everything went well and I got the study visa.
Now my Indian employer is willing to file H1B for me this year I want to know, Can I opt for an H1B while having a canadian Study Visa ?
Will withdrawing a Canada study visa as soon as get picked up in H1B Lottery have an impact on H1B or the medical exam which I have gone through will have an impact on H1B will they ask me for a medical exam since US and Canada share immigration records?
2. Once in USA on H1B, Is it allowed to directly transfer my H1B to another employer If I find another job in the US IF yes is it possible any time of the year or is it done only in the annual filing season and will it be cap exempt or have to go through whole H1B Lottery process again in the US.
3. Lets say if my lottery is picked in the first round when I will be notified for the same? Is it in April or May 2024?
4. If my lottery is picked for March 2024 season and I dont want to go for it and instead go for Canada study option will there be any issue ?
