My employer fired me on the grounds of using company internet for accessing pornographic material. My H1B was in the process through the same company and they will withdraw it now.
When an H1B is withdrawn by the employer, does USCIS ask for the specific reason?
If so, will it affect my H1B application through another employer? Or will there be any other legal issues that I have to face?
