H1b LCA wage rate , prevailing wage question

Hi -

I am on F1 - OPT and the company I am working for has filed for my H1b with start date of Oct 1st, 2007. I was told the pay is going to be 40,000 + 3000 bonus (bonus paid at end of year) = 43,000 . Can they include bonus pay in the wage rate? because bonus is paid at end of year.

In the LCA copy it shows wagre rate as 43,000 and previlaing wage as 43,000. I however get the base salary of 40,000, so my bi-weekly pay check is going to show as 40,000 / 26 = xxx $ as bonus is paid at end of year. Is this going to be a problem when I go for visa stamping as LCA shows 43,000 but looking at my paycheck visa officer can see only 40,000 / 26 instead of 43,000 / 26.

Can someone please post their views.

Thanks.
