Hey all! I am living in Syracuse, NY with hopes of finding a secondary school teaching job. However seeing that it may not happen, as teaching jobs are fairly scarce in NYS. However, I was offered a Teacher Assistant position at a high school. I am on OPT so I am able to start working whenever I want, but since it expires at the end of January, I am wondering if I can use this job to sponsor my H1b? Would this be an eligible job?
