I have an offer letter for a job having the following minimum requirements:
"Bachelor's degree with coursework in computer science or other related area plus one (1) year related full-time paid experience; OR a combination of related education and/or experience to equal five (5) years."
My education: Foreign 4-yr Bachelor's degree in computer science (obtained in 2007) printed in English.
My experience: 2 yrs part-time and 3 months full-time. All paid and 100% related to the aforementioned position. Have proof as well.
Current immigration status: F1 (Neither CPT nor OPT)
My employer (same university where I'm on F1) is ready to sponsor my cap-exempt H1B visa with premium processing. Since I don't have the needed 1 year full-time paid experience, will my H1B visa be denied?
