Hello,
The following is my situation. I finished my masters in fall 2005. but my company sponsored a H1B starting october 2005 based on my undergraduate qualifications.
I have been training the last three months (no pay stubs) and I will be joining a project probably at the end of january??.
I am planning to go for visa stamping only after i get a minimum of 4 or 5 salary stubs!. my questions are the following.
1.Is there a chance my visa could be denied based on the three months I was on training (bench).?
2. will there be a problem in the future if i am planning to bring in my sister for a trip (tourist visa for summer holidays) to the US? i mean will her visa be rejected based on the history that i havent recieved salary stubs the first three-four months.?
does a letter from the company stating that I was on long leave for the period from october-january suffice?? if you have any other solutions pleae let me know..
Thanks
