I am currently in UK now.
I have my h1b approved and also the necessary docs have arrived.
What i want to know is: can i get my visa stamped in London?
I have scheduled an interview in Nov here in London but i have serious doubts about issuance. Although they accept applications from anyone, rejection chances for applicants who are not permanent residents in UK are higher.
Can anyone throw light on this issue and help me out?
I have a UK work permit but a permanent resident of India.
Am in a real dilemma now, as i will need to travel to Delhi for the Visa interview and given the current circumstance here with my current employer in UK, it's sort of difficult.
