I am a System Administrator working for company A in India. My H1 was initiated from the company A 's Headquarters in U.S.
I got my H1B approved through Vermont.
I will be going for the Consular Appointment soon in Chennai.
Can someone tell me what all questions can be expected?
During what situations does rejections happen ?
Also, I had applied for B1 last year but I was rejected.
Can this in anyway affect my H1 stamping ?
