I am on a H1b visa from my previous employer which is valid till 2011. 8 months back I changed my employer and the petition is still in process and I have not received the final apporval yet. I got married in December. My wife is in India and is going for the H4 visa interview in last week of this month.
Will she get a visa on the basis of my previous I 797 and current receipt of application? What other option do I have to bring her to US? I am confused and very muc worried about this. Please let me know about this. Your help will be deeply appreciated.Thanks.
