H1b in School

Hi

I am on a H1B Visa In US for the last 3.5 yrs, already in my 2nd year extension.
I started my MS here, studying part time in the evenings with my job.
My question is :
My School is offering me a Student worker position to work for max 20 hrs in a week in the college LAB. They know i m on a H1B.
Is it OK, to do so ? What r the implications if I start working there ?
Has anyone been in a similar situation ?

u will need to file a seperate H1 for part time work,
