H1B in Delhi Embassy

My wife is going for her H1B stamping at the Delhi Embassy next week. I had some questions related to that :
-Has anybody done a new (not renew) H1B stamping at Delhi recently?
-What has the experience been like?
-What all documents are needed?
-What are the questions asked?
-How long does it take for them to process the Visa?
-How soon can we expect the return of passport?

Please reply with any experiences that you may have had. It will help me a lot.
