Im new to this site. I have a few questions reg the H1B. I will be grateful if you could answer my queries.
1) Im presently working for company A. on L1B. I have opted to file a H1B thro Company B. Now in the meantime i got an offer from company C. Can company C alsofile a H1B for me now ? can I have multiple H1s ? When i get my H1 from company C will my H1 from company B get cancelled ?
2) Or after I get my H1B from company B, Can Company C do a H1 transfer eventhough I don't have the paystubs for Company B
