1. Can i transfer my H1 during this period (working in US using 8th year H1B extension) to a new employer and still get the 9th Year Extension and use my earlier Priority Date (June 2003) and continue my GC process?
2. Does somebody have an answer for this situation. A detailed and step-by-step answer would help. Any links that discuss such an issue will be a great help.
