H1B Husband, Green card holder wife - want immidiete work status

Hi

I'm H1B holder and my wife is Green Card holder.

Because of a good opportunity, i want to switch to different one.

I know it will take longer to get green card if i file for green card based on marriage. So, right now I just want work permit.

What would be the best idea to get work permit?

You mean an unrestricted work permit like EAD? Have your wife become a US citizen.
