H1B&H4 Approvals

By looking at the last two approvals ( Thanks to USDreamz and others ), it looks like H1B approvals are taking 3 months + 2weeks.

What about H4s? Any H4 appovals lately? How long they are taking?

But i don't think it will take 3M+2Weeks, it will take more time. since if u see the following history of process times which is released till now, it may take 4M+3Weeks.

Release Date -- Visa to be issued abroad

September 22, 2004 -- May/31/2004
October 06, 2004 -- June/04/2004
October 21, 2004 -- June/11/2004

I had applied I-539 form for H4 extension @ NSC on June 24 still under processing, even though the website says its processing July 11 applications.

H4 with H1B are faster?

I know of atleast two H4 cases applied in the month of June along with H1B got approved in the first week of October.

May be applying together make things move faster?!!

Anyone else with H4 experience, please post your details.

Latest approval for July 15, 2004

Though USCIS processing times website still says June 22, 2004, there are approvals from July.

Latest approvals:

RD: July 7 - AD: Oct 29, 2004
RD: July 15 - AD: Nov 3, 2004

Things are moving, ofcourse in a random way!
