h1b got approved but no approval letter

h1b got approved (premium processing) thru one of the cmpy but have not yet received the approval letter from INS.

how long it takes for INS to dispatch the same after approval.
or
How we can confirm whether it has been dispatched or not.

A week to 10 days. You have no choice other than to believe the email that you would have received.

I think that fax copy is also sent on approval to the employer.

I have always got the fax copy ( 2 times for self and once for spouse) , followed by email to my account, followed by the letter in few days time.

Check with the company if they had recieved the fax.
