I have been working with my current employer on my OPT. My employer will be filling for my H-1B soon and also wants to start my GC process.
I am persuing my MS in CS but haven't graduated yet, but my employer is willing to file for H-1 on the basis of my BS.
Is it true that even though i will be graduating and getting my MS soon, that will not be counted towards my GC process (even though i decide to start for my GC after graduating). I also worked on CPT for 11 months with a diffrent employer, will that be considered as work experience towards GC.
