I'm on F-1 visa working on my MS thesis, i have previous exp in india and here in US on CPT and OPT with US employers..appx over 3+ yrs in total. Since i have still not graduated, so i filed under regular quota, and if i get into possible lottery or in general, then can USCIS ask for any additional docs (like my previous tax returns when i worked on CPT and OPT) since tax returns of the employer are usually submitted while filing H1B, and not of the employee? Pls assist!
