I recently got licensed as a pharmacist and my lawyer says even though i have a license, that i'll still have to wait for the H1B amendment to be filed before i can start working as a pharmacist.
Is this true? The initial petition was as a pharmacy intern.
Also, does it take a long time to file the amendment and will i have to wait for its approval?
