Q1.My wife has a 3 yr BCA from India but she is not eligible for H1 since she doesnt have 3yr work ex. But my friends have told me that there is a new ruling that makes 3yr degree holders eligible for H1B. I wanted to find out if someone knows about such ruling, is this true or just a hoax?
Q2. Someone told me that if I can arrange a 1 yr PGDCA certificate from an Indian Univ for my wife, she can apply for H1B. Is this correct? Can there be issues if I do this?
