I was on H1b (non profit) for company A then I quit the job and enrolled in a graduate program and file for change of status to F1. I am still waiting for the petition to be approved.
I got a job offer from Company B (also nonprofit) can they apply H1b petition on my behalf under premium processing . Once the petition be approved Can I go out of USA and come back with my old H1b visa stamped on my passport and with the new petition. That will take care of any F1 status that I hace and bring me as a H1b employee. ANY guidance in regards with this will be greatly appreciated. Is there any documentation on the web that I can have for the proof.
