H1B Filing issue

Hi,

MY h1b is filed on Aug'03 and still processing. Now i moved to other employer and he also filed for h1 while first(aug'03) is under processing. so my question is like is there any problem with new h1 filing. can we apply for new h1 while old one is under processing. please help me

BTW...how did you change employers while your h-1b is in process? Are you OPT or something?

BTW...H-1B quota of 65000 is over for oct 2003 - sept 2004.

One can apply for h-1b out of oct 2004 - sept 2005 quota beginning 4/1/04 but h-1b approval dates will be only on / after 10/1/04.
