H1B Fellowship and GC after waiver

Hi everyone,

I am J1 victim who has one more year to go to finish my waiver. Can I go to do a fellowship on H1B right after my waiver ?(it would be my fourth year on H1B). My fellowship would be one year long only. After I am done, my plan is to get a sponsor for my Green Card (hopefully an academic institution).
